You'll hear from IBT within 2 business days. Here's what happens next:
Step 1IBT reviews your application and confirms your business is eligible. You'll receive an email with your fee estimate and a link to submit your client list.
Step 2Once your client list is verified (2–5 business days), your 90-day outreach window begins. IBT contacts your clients — you don't need to do anything during this period.
Step 3Within 5 business days of the outreach window closing, IBT issues your result. If you pass, your certification and Standing appear in the IBT directory immediately.
